Since his graduation from the College of William and Mary School of Law in 1996, Greg Rougeau has specialized in commercial litigation and bankruptcy.
He has appeared in state and federal courts throughout California. Mr. Rougeau has extensive experience in the representation of both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and in the representation of businesses and individuals in litigation ranging from contract and lease disputes, to collections actions, to business torts. He has also counseled both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidations.
Mr. Rougeau is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco (Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section) and the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum.
